Lydia stood back with her hands at her side as she watched Stiles, tilting her head to the side as she told herself that it didn't hurt that he had flinched away from her. She had gotten good at wrapping an invisible armor around herself and she was prepared to do so again.
"At least not yet." Stiles replied bitterly, glancing at Peter again.
